This sweet-savoury marinade coats the meat with a delicious glaze which becomes sticky, especially when basted regularly during braaing.

Excellent on ribs (pork, lamb or beef), chicken wings, spatchcock chicken and pork chops.

Ingredients:
Purified water, Sugar, Soy sauce, Glucose, Spirit vinegar, Modified cornstarch, Canola oil (3.0%), Malt syrup, Garlic puree, Tamarind, Caramel powder, Chilli, Spices, Citric acid.
