Hinds Southern Coating can be used:
- As a batter for chicken, fish, chops, schnitzels, prawns and calamari
- As a batter for whole button mushrooms, sliced eggplant, potatoes and courgettes
- To thicken stews, casseroles and gravies
Ingredients: Wheat flour, binder, salt, radurised spices (white pepper, black pepper, ginger, curry powder, chilli), monosodium glutamate, flavourants, herbs, full cream milk solids, egg white solids and spices.
